Cancellation Policy
We understand circumstances change. Owners may cancel their agreement with written notice per the terms of their contract, with all pending leases and expenses reconciled before account closure.
Results Before Payments
You don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property, we do all the work up front, and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant.
Pet Damage Protection
For any approved pets, owners will receive a $350 non refundable pet fee per pet. This fee is intended to help offset potential pet-related wear and tear or damage to the property.
Our Leasing Promise
We’re confident in our tenant screening process. If a tenant we place defaults within the first six months, we will secure a new qualified tenant at no additional leasing fee. Your property's success is our priority; we don’t get paid twice for the same placement.
